    Hello Corsair community, So for a week now my AIO keeps disconnecting for no reason. Dont know if i had any ICUE updates or something. So the disconnects seem to be inconsistent because sometimes it doesnt disconnect at all, sometimes it disconnects after 20 minutes but bostly it disconnects after boot. I cannot control the Fans or RGB afterwards and the AIO doesnt appear in ICUE at all. I also just wasted a whole day for a Windows clean install and it didnt change anything.

    On the Corsair Forum. My title was "Who has H110I Platinum RGB?" and then i asked the people who replied for the file. Or you can also contact the corsair support and ask them for that file. But i for an example havent got any reply yet

    I also couldnt find one because i deinstalled ICUE after my AIO didnt work. If you cannot find it then you dont have it. I would recommend you asking in multiple Forums for people who have the same AIO and ask them if they could look for this file. For an example i did it and got the file from someone. I cannot send you mine because i have the h100r platinum and not h115.

    Before i give you more information go and check if you still have the hex file on your PC.

    I have looked for all hex files on the c drive and I have found nothing about this aio. I will look I don't know

    These drops happen because hwinfo interferes with icue and I think you use this tool for measuring the Temps. But just a question bro: can you end me your hex file?

    I also have this cooler but it got bricked after firmware update. Anyone of you have his cooler and can send me a specific file? Just search for a H100_Platinum on your C drive and you should a file like this: H100_Platinum(VersionNumber).hex If you have it, can you give me it please, i lost mine bur i wanna fix my AIO.

    I cant find a h100 .hex file but i thought can you maybe flash a h115 .hex file?

    But I have reinstalled icue, do you think that the file still exists?

    i cant uninstall icue so i just unplugged the USB cable from the cooler.
