Same issue for me and my list goes on....

What´s going on with Icue? I have always loved the software and all my stuff is Corsair and Icue compatible. If it´s at all possible just to open Icue, it stops responding,pump and fans ramp up to 100%. It wont load my profiles and the list goes on.... And zero response or just "We´re working on it" from Corsair. Maybe you can tell i´m pretty frustrated at the moment....

so after updating icue to latest build i get these lockups and crashes,either Icue crashes or windows itself. Monitor,keyboard,everything freezes. Get the error of "qml renderer error" or close to that. Really annoying!

My issue is this,these three dots never gets filled no matter which profile i use,i can do it manually but not with profiles already made (for this H100 elite capellix)??

after fiddling a little i would say it performs great,the only noise i can hear is from that pestering pump! Thanks for getting back to me,i really hope they´ll fix this in firmware...

so i´ve just finished my new build in my new Corsair 4000 Airflow where i´ve now got a b550 Tomahawk and a Ryzen 5700x with the H100i Elite. In Icue,the pump will not go below 2250 rpm´s...can that really be correct? The H100i came with the Commander Core which i´ve connected everything to and connected that to a usb port like it says. Hope some of you can help me out...TY!

Mouse no longer displays colors correctly,not even after hard reset.What can i do else?? Thanks everyone...

Hi soft reset seemed to do the trick for me,also my mouse Harpoon RGB doesn´t display the colors correctly,anyway around that??Thanks for all the help and for your great products and community

I´m having the same issue when turning my headset on,i have to take out the usb reciever and put it back in,then it connects right away

Hi guys,i hope you can help me,for some reason its takes forever to charge the battery,in 14 hours it got from 46% to 76%,that can´t be right can it?

i had the same issue,her is how i fixed it.in windows power management you have to select for the usb ports to always be on
