Changed to a standalone wallwart USB charger, and noise went away. okay, so you are still using the standard charging cable but supplying it from a socket instead of your pc usb port? Are you still using your K63 keyboard and nothing else has broken so far? Using standard cable from a standalone USB charger 1.0A. Still using my K63 Wireless w/o issues, and on most recent firmware.
