Hotrod
I think I'll pass on testing this on the hope it works. After all I do have a Corsair X Series (Lower Case) with the original firmware and all is working fine. I dont want a dead drive, and its not easy to get an issue resolved in Australia. I think I will wait for the official release, plus my drive is only being used in a Laptop so I'm not going to notice a huge difference anyway. Im running Windows 7 x64. Any other Corsair X-128 users out there please post your test results - Success or Fail. Additionally, when I run "fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify" I get "0" with the default software in Windows 7 x64.

Yellowbeard
FYI, this is the official release. This is not to say that there may not be other firmwares at a later date but I don't anticipate any due to the fact that the latest takes care of TRIM. Also, you should notice a very good improvement with an SSD in a laptop. Laptop HDs are terrible and are a huge bottleneck for performance.
