  1. Hello, I started a thread about the exact same issue a week ago and got no helpful answer. Just to answer some of your points : - Don't bother buying a new Commander Pro. I tried it and it didn't solve the issue. - I tried changing the lightning node as well as the RGB Hub and it didn't solve it either. - I don't think it comes from a recent update. I've had this issue for a year now, and it's gradually getting worse to the point where it's not bearable anymore. I had to turn the RGB off. Here's a link to the thread I created where I detailled everything I tried, in case it can help you : https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=206802 It's quite infuriating, when you see the price of all that material that's not working like it should...
  2. Hi, I only have those 6 LL fans connected. Yes, Icue is set to 6 LL fans on channel 1 of my Commander Pro.
  3. Sorry for the double post, but I didn't find where to modify my original post. I just read that I didn't need the Node since I have a Commander Pro. I used to connect the Hub to the Node and the Node to the Commander. Now I connected the Hub directly to the Commander Pro. I also replaced the cable between the Hub and the Commander with a new one. That didn't change anything to the problem. It also looks like only the position 1 of my Hub is acting somewhat correctly. I tried connecting the fans one by one in position 1. All 6 fans were controlable when in position 1. The ones in positions 2 to 6 were not responding to the color changes. I tried the same steps on the second Hub I bought and it is excatly the same.
  4. Hi all, I have been experiencing an issue with RGB on my LL120 fans. I have 6 of them installed and controlled through ICUE. A while ago, 2 of them started changing color randomly and became uncontrollable in ICUE. They also get stuck with 1 color and changing it in ICUE doesn't do anything. This issue then extended to a 3rd one, and now I have up to 6 fans with uncontrollable RGB. I say "up to", because sometimes it's just the 2 from the beginning and sometimes it's all 6. One of the fans is a brand new one, so I don't think the fans are at fault. I tried changing the RGB Hub, the Node Pro, and the Commander Pro. Nothing solved the issue so far. The issue started with the older version of ICUE, and upgrading to ICUE 4 didn't solve it. All 6 fans are detected by ICUE and I can control the speed on all 6 of them. I'm attaching a picture showing all 6 fans. I usually use a mix of blue and yellow colors (static). For this picture, I set everything to white in ICUE. The 2 fans in the back are stuck in blue and yellow. The 4 others have either some LEDs that are turned off, or are flickering (some LEDs turning on and off). Now I am running out of ideas. I'm starting to think it could be a software related issue. Has anyone else experienced this ? I haven't tried changing the cables between the Hub/Node/Commander. Could this be it ? Thanks for reading and for your help.
  5. No, my fans are connected to LED 1. But as Mrbenss said, their seems to be a software issue. My issue got worse since I updated to the latest version. Now, the fans are changing color even while I'm not gaming. When I installed the update, all the LEDs on my fan #4 were completely OFF as well as alsmot half of those on fan #5. After several restarts, those LEDs turned back on and had the desired blue color, but now they are stuck. If I try to change the color, they stay blue. Here's an example when I change the color to red. I would definetly say that my issue is software related.
  6. I'm having a similar issue with 2 of my 5 fans. They randomly change color. I've been observing my issue for a while now, and it seems like this is only happening to me while I'm gaming. After I stop gaming, everything comes back to normal. Is this the case for you as well ?
  7. @Johnny I tried what you suggested. The fan acting weird on the video is the fan n°5. I swapped the connectors of the fans n°4 and 5 on the hub. The PC has been running for 4 hours now and all the fans are functionning as intended. No random color changes. This is unexpected. I was expecting one of those 2 fans to start acting strangely. Maybe I have to wait a bit longer. To answer your question: yes. It did happen on the previous version of iCue as well.
  8. Hello, I've been experiencing a similar thing. I have 5 LL120 connected to my lighting nod pro. I usually use the Static Color effect in blue. When I start my PC, everything works fine but after a while, one of the fans starts changing colors randomly. If I go to iCue, choose another lighting effect and go back to the Static Color, it works again for a while. I checked my Lighting Channel settings and they're set to "LL RGB Series Fans" and "5 fans are connected". I am running version 3.15.101 of iCue. I also have a K70 Keyboard and M65 Pro Mouse controlled through iCue. Everything is running the latest firmware versions. I could record a short video : [ame=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcO2rNggkUI&feature=youtu.be][/ame]
