Brillow
Hi, I got the Commander working now finally and I'm playing with my settings right now. I can set the RPM in a custom curve for a specific fan to 0, but the fan won't turn off in that temperature range. Is this normal? I find it quite disappointing since I got quite a few fans in my case that don't need to run all the time, especially when idleing. If there's any way to make the fans stop (except for unplugging), please let me know! Thanks
Toasted
Unfortunately the fans cannot fully turn off. The lowest setting is 40% of the maximum fan speed.
red-ray
The 40% PWM low limit is imposed by the CL software, not the hardware. Using SIV a CL Mini (1.1.06 firmware) in PWM mode 10 of 255 (4%) works with my fans and in custom mode it bottoms out at 34 of 255 (13%). Using CL set to set a Custom Curve will also get the fans to drop to PWM 34 of 255 (13%). I managed to do this eventually, but had to try a few times as CL 2.7 kept loosing the fans When is CL V3 arriving?
