Hydroponic Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 I have a brand new H115i on an MSI z270 Gaming Pro Carbon motherboard. The problem started with my old H115i which I just had replaced. Corsair Link would not load any of my motherboard of CPU temperature stats. I RMA'ed that cooler and just got a new one in. The new one is doing the exact same thing as far as Corsair Link is concerned. Here is a screenshot of what it's doing: http://i66.tinypic.com/142ui5d.png As you can see, it is not loading any of my motherboard or CPU temperatures or fan speeds. Moreover, sometimes Corsair Link takes at least 30 seconds to load up (it hangs). Sometimes it will crash as well. I don't have any of the MSI motherboard software running (its installed but not running). So what else could it be? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Do you mean that SIV reported correctly or CL4 started to? After working with the CPUID SDK developers on Tue 20-Jun-2017 I tested a 1.1.6.7 cpuidsdk.dll and using this CL 4.7.0.77 finally reported my system as it should, well almost, staring from Core #2 is rather poor and shows the Corsair testing is :rofl:. The issue is down to bugs in the 1.1.6.1 cpuidsdk that are fixed in 1.1.6.7, see http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=903472 Doing as I specified in http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=906738 may work 'till Corsair release CL 4.8 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
