In short, screen stays blank (no input), psu is making clicking noise but all fans turn on. I tried to replace ram, didn't fix the problem. I tried to disconnect and reconnect all parts, remove bios battery but still no sucsess. I also tried paper clip test, fan was running but it was making loud clicking noise (there is nothing visible that blocks fan to make that noise). Does it sound right that my psu has problem?
