This headset used to work on both headphones when I had them plugged in my desktop, but now that I plug them into my laptop, the right headphone doesn't work. What's even more interesting is that after updating Windows 10 on the laptop, both headphones worked for an hour until once again the right headphone stopped working. Idk what the problem here is, and I need help.
