ElReyZero
I just installed iCUE but when I tried to open it, it stopped responding. About 20 minutes have passed and it's still like that. I've reinstalled the program but it's still not responding. Is there a way to install the previous CUE? I can't find it anywhere on the corsair webpage
Spec Samantha
Something for you to try if you haven't already, I ran into a similar problem when I first installed ICUE but mine was the program would terminate itself the minute I turned it on. What ended up working for me was doing a clean install, which in addition to what you did uninstalling and reinstalling the program, I had to uninstall ICUE, delete the corsair folder from %localappdata% and %programdata% and then reinstall ICUE, and then it worked. Fair warning those corsair folders do contain your profile and preferences for link/ ICUE so make sure to back up any profiles you have before you delete those folders. Hopefully that solves it for you!

ElReyZero
Thanks, it works now. Even by removing the folder from %appdata% my previous CUE profiles weren't deleted. The program feels smoother. I'll give it a try
