CyberHype Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 I just my hand in H110 unit, box sealed and undamaged, from seller, but when i open it, i found some liquid around pump and some around the tubes near connections, is this normal? Or i got DOA unit? Ruined my day... or its safe to set up in my pc? PS. Its my first time with Watercoolers. wytnyt Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 no it sure isnt at all,,im sure you were anxious to put this puppy in but replacing it from the store would be your fastest route to go..these are good coolers as im using 3 going on 2 years now but you were just unfortunate..was there no indications the package was/wasnt dropped? No, i checked the package, all corners are in shape, and all sides undamaged, including the original wrapped plastic, everyting inside are 100% undamaged, so this isnt normal, i guess...
