Hockster2
My T1 chair is losing bearings from the swivel section of the casters. All five are suffering the same fate. I'm trying to create a ticket but can not proceed past the first page as there isn't a chair option in the product selection drop down menu. Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted December 4, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 4, 2018 Hey Hockster2, the chair should be under HID as Gaming Furniture. You'll then be able to request for replacement casters through the ticket.

Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted December 4, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 4, 2018 No worries! And support will be more than happy to help you out with the casters, too.
Hockster2
Well the replacement casters have now started losing the bearings. Pretty poor lifespan on these. In addition one armrest no longer lowers, it's completely jammed somehow. I will not be requesting another set of casters, I will be scrapping this chair and chalking it up to a pricey life lesson.
