  1. Corsair support is excellent. I wish the products were as good. I'm on my third set of casters in less than 18 months with my T1 chair. Left armrest is broken as well, it quit moving in any direction.
  2. Well the replacement casters have now started losing the bearings. Pretty poor lifespan on these. In addition one armrest no longer lowers, it's completely jammed somehow. I will not be requesting another set of casters, I will be scrapping this chair and chalking it up to a pricey life lesson.
  3. My chair also has the same issue. I bought mine just over a year ago, December of 2018. Mine had the crappy casters, Corsair replaced those under warranty, new batch are excellent. But now the gas cylinder is quite loose in the base. My whole seat wobbles back and forth. With my chair being over a year old I'm not sure anything can be done.
  4. There's a regular width version as well. I wanted the wide one cuz I really suck at, and hate, cable management. The hot swap drive cages were a bonus that I wanted as well.
  5. I'd recommend putting the rad in the top as exhaust. I had a 500SE for a while, got rid of it because of lousy cooling. For a time I had the 360 in front using a push/pull setup, but the front is quite restrictive, the slots on the sides do not let much air in, and with a radiator it just exacerbates the problem. The CPU did stay cool, but everything else got hotter due to a lack of airflow. moving the rad to the top, even with only a push fan arrangement worked much better. Effect on the CPU was negligible but the GPU dropped over 15°C at load. I dumped the case entirely for a Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL. Just as nice looking, in my opinion, but vastly superior cooling. And cable routing is significantly better as well.
  6. I've got a pretty similar setup. I had a push/pull on an H150i in the front and frankly it sucked. The front is too restrictive to put a radiator in there. I bought a 3X120 bracket from the 570 series case and mounted the H150i in the top. I had hoped to use the stock fan bracket to run 3x120's in it but with the H150 up to there isn't enough clearance for 3 fan in front. I had to resort to running 2X140's. After that my CPU, i9900K idles about 6°cooler, load temps are similar, but fans run slower based on the custom curve I have, same one as in my previous setup. My 2080Ti idles about 4° cooler, but load temps are an astonishing 15° lower and the fans are at least 2 orders of magnitude quieter. It's extremely noticeable. There just wasn't enough air coming into the case to keep the card cooled. Using the very scientific method of opening the side panel and putting my hand behind the fans showed that the intake airflow was massively increased.
  7. The front panel of the 500 SE is flat as well. Curved TG is extremely expensive as yields are very low.
  8. Still not sure I'm keeping this case for my daily driver, but it's in use for now. The slot holes along the top side really drive me nuts. And the PSU shroud not being full length make cable management a real PITA. I need to find a better way to run the H150i hoses, but it's very limited in where they can go. Why this case was released without being able to mount a 360 in the top is beyond me.
  9. My T1 chair is losing bearings from the swivel section of the casters. All five are suffering the same fate. I'm trying to create a ticket but can not proceed past the first page as there isn't a chair option in the product selection drop down menu.
  10. Should consider the T Force RGB ram. It puts the Corsair stuff to shame. https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/night-hawk-rgb-night-hawk-ddr4
