Zlatar
Well so i have this Corsair M60 like for a year now. The mouse is great!, but 2 months ago it stoped working. I was trying to set the dpi of this mouse and sudendly it stoped working. The leds are lighten up and ive tried everything so far and nothing worked yet. I also tried to fix it on another computer and didnt worked as well. I dont belive its broken cause i opened it and everything was fine (my warranty its over where i bought it and i dont have the pappers of this mouse). Is there anyway to "erease the memory" of the mouse? Im from Chile and as i know i cant send it to you guys. I hope you can answer me :)
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted November 29, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 29, 2012 Zlatar, are you able to flash the mouse with the updater? What does the device show up as under device manager? Is there any errors (exclamation points) to denote the device being recognized but not having the proper driver installed? Zlatar
I installed the driver and then run the firmware update and this message pops up when i press update: "Cannot open USB device, please reinstall driver!" I dont belive that the mice is broken because i already got this kind of issue when trying to assign the dpi buttons but never stopped working in all ways. The mice looks like its "stucked". Toasted
Try this and see if it works. If it doesn't, Try the firmware update on another computer. If that too failed, Request an RMA to replace your mouse.
