So I just recently bought the k70 MK.2 low profile speed keyboard. Plugged it in at home and everything was working great, no issues, didn't download any iCue software. Went to shut down my PC for the night, and the next morning turned it on to my PC being on but my monitor staying black screen. The keyboard was lit up with the RGB but upon hitting the caps lock, I wasn't see the caps lock icon light up, which I'm assuming meant the keyboard wasn't responding? My PC will boot up perfectly fine if I have the keyboard unplugged, and it will run perfectly fine once I plug it in after start up. It's only when I have to go to restart for an update or shut down for the night, with having the keyboard still plugged in, will put me at a black screen. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

I just purchased the K70 Mk2 low profile speed and I'm having the issue where I plugged it in and everything was working fine, didn't download iCue. Went to shut off my PC for the night and the next morning when I started it up, it was just black screening. I had to force shut off my PC and unplug the keyboard, and it would boot up perfectly fine. Plugged in keyboard, everything fine? Tried installed iCue and updating firmware, didn't resolve the problem, uninstalled it tried, no results. Any reason why the keyboard would be causing this problem? I had a K65 and it never did this

This is happening to me as we speak. Just got the keyboard, same situation. Exchanged it at best buy and the new one is still doing the same thing. Works fine until I have to shut down or restart my PC and I’m stuck at a black screen. I have to force shut down my pc and unplug the k70 and turn it back on, and replug it in once I can sign into my Windows profile. I’m surprised for how long this has been out the issue isn’t fix and there aren’t any solutions. Did you guys figure this out ?

i am having the same exact problem. pick up the k70 mk2 low profile keyboard yesterday, plugged it in and everything was fine. Shut down my pc for the night and the next morning, just black screen during start up. My pc boots fine when the keyboard isn't plugged in. Tried downloading iCue, uninstalling iCue, updating the firmware, and nothing has seemed to help the problem. Did you ever find the fix?
