    I'm running Windows 8.1 and the M90 mouse without problems. Can you try the mouse on another computer? Does the mouse still lag?

    Have you tried plugging the mouse into a USB 2.0 port?

    What do you mean its not working? If you double click the short cut and it doesn't open, check the notifications tray and see if you can find the software running there.

    If the keyboard is not detected in the BIOS that may be the problem. If possible, try the K90 on another computer and see if it works fine.

    Do the L.E.D.s turn on? Is the K90 detected in the BIOS? Go to Device Manager and look for any errors, If there is one, post the error status here. Right click>Properties

    Try the steps on another computer and see if it helps.

    If the M60/M90 Left/Right click buttons, tracking is not working then it may not work. If it does then you can give it a go.

    If possible, try the mouse on another computer and see if the software detects the FW.

    Do you have any other gaming device software installed? If so, uninstall them and see if the software detects the firmware.

    Go to the root folder of the firmware updater>Drivers>select the OS bit>double click dpinst.exe.

    This method can also applied when the values are not updating.

    Is your M90 detected in Windows?

    Its a good idea but i'm not sure if the keyboard will actually work on a Mac. I know the SW won't.

    Have you tried another USB 2.0 port? Latest BIOS and chipset drivers?

    Go to the root folder and double click drivers > X64/X86 > dpinst.exe and see if that helps.

    That is a early release beta driver not the latest.

    Post what it says in the information screen by clicking the i icon at the top right hand corner.

    Are there any errors in Device Manager?

    Have you tried reinstalling the drivers? Latest chipset drivers? Uninstall the Corsair software and see if the firmware updater works. After the uninstall, check if there are any M90 related processes running Task Manager and close then before trying the reflash. Take a screenshot or post the text on the information screen by clicking the i icon at the top right hand corner.

    In the driver folder, click dpinst.exe and see if that solves the problem.
