  1. Had a similar issues, uninstalled current version, then installed v4 of iCUE, all RGB working, then updated again to the current version
  2. Hi, Yet another issue with the latest version of iCUE. From a cold boot my Vengeance DDR5 ram will show an error a soft boot then solves the issue. Never had this with the older versions. This software is an embarrassment
  3. The latest version also has issues with RAM detection, randomly there will be errors. Using Corsair Vengeance DDR5

  5. Thanks, I will try this later and report back. Let's hope it's only a software bug and not a hardware issue with the Commander Core XT. has there been any indication when the 5.15 version will be released?
  6. Have an issue with my Commander Core XT in my Corsair 7000X RGB case, recently fan no 4 is no longer detected, the fan spins but there is no RGB. If I run the wizard, it will only show 2 fans and not 4, then I run the wizard again and 3 fans will be detected, selecting the manual option does nothing. How does such buggy software even get released? This crap should be removed and give us the option to use the earlier version that had no issues. Even after removing iCUE my 4th fan (rear case fan) does not have RGB. These are the default fans supplied with the case.
  7. Hi, Recently I have noticed the rear case fan on the Corsair 7000x RGB case no longer has RGB (this is one of the 4 preinstalled fans). Running the latest version of iCUE, and when running the wizard, it will not detect a fan on port 4. Oddly if I run the wizard multiple times port 2 will also not show. I have done a power cycle, repair Icue install and still no rgb or fan detected. Verified its not a fan issue and the fans with issues have rgb if plugged into a different port. I have even tried running the wizard with manual settings, but nothing seems to change. Plugging other fans into the same rgb port also shows no rgb. So, either it's a faulty commander core xt unit that was supplied with the case or there is some software issue that has messed up the Commander Core XT. Is there any way to rest this device? Even if I remove iCUE from my system the fan does not have rgb.
  8. Why with every released are we going backwards, the software continually is a buggy mess. Now for some reason my ram wont switch off during sleep, set the profile to use static block on hardware mode. The program always defaults to Lighting Setup when I move through my devices in Icue. Ram is not always detected, program will randomly crash in the background. Profiles are slow to load. Not only do you have a quality issue with most of your hardware your software is a joke.
  9. Hi, Been running iCUE v5 on my Windows 11 system since late October 2023 without any issues. There have been no hardware changes, but recently iCUE will crash once my customisation is loaded. Crash Report dialog appears. If I then load up iCUE again, all the sensors I have set in iCUE are missing, and on the dashboard section of iCUE everything is blank (everything is removed) I have k70 rgb pro keyboard, isn't the profile supposed to be stored in the keyboard's memory? Also exported my profile, but it does not seem to save the sensors or dashboard settings. For the sensors, i only have the process load and package temperature shown, my rxt 4090 fan speeds, and the h150i Capellix AIO fans, pump speed and coolant temperature shown. On the Dashboard section I have my i9 processor details, rtx 4090, ram, commander core & AIO details When ICUE crashes I will occasionally also get a BSOD. Generally, this software is very unstable and tends to crash way too often. Are there know issues with Windows 11? No other rgb software is installed.
  10. Could you updated the Corsair Services to correctly show descriptions in the Services app in Windows? Leaving things blank, shows a lack of attention to detail and overall quality

Looks like is purchased a bunch of dud Corsair products, keyboard and mouse issues, case issues, water cooling bubble noise and odd vibrations, and now the headset The mic is basically useless, there is no volume at all. I have tried all the fixes, even installed Equalizer APO, my volumes is set to 100%, in Windows 11 there is a speaker test it comes up as 6%. I have an old Microsoft Web cam, used that as a test its volume on the same computer is 98% Seriously why are Corsair products so damn poor quality I have the latest iCUE installed, running Windows 11 Tried the headphones in a different pc and laptop, same results, and on those computers iCUE was not installed. I cant even take the speakers back as the shop I bought the headphones form has no stock, and has no idea when new stock will arrive. My new build based on Corsair has been such a disappointment, and expensive

  13. I actually screwed in small motherboard standoff into the three pins where the magnets are fitted. I could then screw my case closed. The build quality is really poor, for the price this case is not worth it at all. Now my hard drive cage is an issue. I have them stacked with 5 WD black drivers, and becuaser the entire case is only fastened to the case wioth 1 screw which ios not centered, the cage is basically lose in the case. Comign from Coolermaster cases I cannot beewlive the poor build quality.

Odd the noise has returned with the new fan, on further investigation the noise is coming from the radiator, and it will occur randomly, ever when the poc is not being stressed, and at times can be quite loud. I am having a real issue with all the Corsair components I have recently purchased: My K70 RGB KM.2 keyboard is showing odd devices in Device Manager My M55 RGB Mouse has odd defects on the plastic, and my 7000x case has issues with the pre installed fan wiring. Really frustrated after spending so much money on a brand i thought was decent quality
