I found out what it is. It is a ARGB controller plugin.

I just purchased a 4000D airflow case. As I was installing the motherboard and the rest of the hardware. I came across a cable that is part of the case. But does not plug into anything on the ATX motherboard. What the heck is this cable? Where do I find an adapter to use it?
