Hey mate, I’ve tried everything above and it is still not working! I also have the h100i RGB platinum. maybe I did not rename it correctly? i only have error message unfortunately and it is driving me mad. It’s crazy that Corsair did not fix this even though it happened to so many people. Anyway, I’ve download the zip folder here since à I cannot find it on my computer, extracted it and renamed it but it doesn’t work. Could you please copy/paste the name of your hex file? You’d be a real MVP if you do so.
