  1. Missing my screen setup for the H150i Elite Lcd. The mouse has been kind of spotty, sometimes not showing up here, or just not being detected. A reboot each time has fixed. Event monitor in windows did not show anything amiss. No errors or failures.
  2. I see a bunch of disjointed, but similar issues being reports. If you have any issues with your iCue after 5.5.134, list em here. Currently, since the update, I have lost my Elite LCD screen setup. So I can no longer set an image for it. This morning, the M65 PRO RGB mouse stopped appearing as well, so I cannot use the 'sniper' button at all, nor control the sensitivity or change colors. I would probably have keyboard issues if I still had my Corsair rgb keyboard. However I am using a Feker and it has its own control.
  3. I noticed my screen settings is gone for my H150i after this update. Hopefully they put them back.
  4. It has been a hot minute. My GPU was overheating and I knew I would have to get to it. So I took the time to check fittings for my command core and sure enough, there is a click to ensure the 24 pin is in all the way. That fixed it all for me. Yay! So in the end, I had the red triangle, did an rma, and then didn't install the core properly. I felt I was going to damage the 24 pin or the hub with how hard I pressed. The documentation could use a note that it will click into place.
  5. I am not a fan of versions rolling out without an upgrade path from the app. Downloaded and installed that: still no screen control.
  6. This is where the official word becomes important. In earlier parts, the official word was a known issue with a fix that should work for most users. Then the official word was delays to deployment. No reason why. And finally, the official word is essentially, no fix coming, RMA. Why is there a need for the RMA? Was the fix a mistake/lie?
  7. I have spent hundreds and had RMA's and this is the solution? When it was said that there is a software fix? How about some information into why a known issue and a fix for it would be withheld?
  8. @Corsair Nick, any info on August's update and if it will contain the fix for the LCD issue?
  9. Cool? I am just trying to help people having problems who are asking questions. The user posted a problem, asked some questions, I posted some info and let them do their thing.
  10. If you click once on the command core, it should move a bit with some menu options. Check settings and firmware version. Also if you use the settings gear in the upper right and check updates, what icue version does it show. If you go there, it should show the versions of the firmware for each corsair device connected. Make sure those are all updated. I know for me, I had command core showing only, did the updates, THEN I unplugged my machine while it was off, held the power button for 15 seconds (to discharge any held power that could preserve anything), plugged it back in and powered it on. Since then, I had the LCD and not command core, lost the red bang triangle, however no control over the screen on it.
  11. It is literally a supported troubleshooting step. So it is a thing. Item 2 from the initial post:
  12. The first big troubleshooting check is the 24pin in the commander core. Page 8 has a picture of how secure it should look. Pretty much flush. The second big one is the usb connection to the motherboard. The kit comes with a 2:1 Y cable to connect the pump and command core to the same motherboard usb head. don't use that. Have the two on separate usb heads. Did the LCD cover come off the pump at all while you were getting the system built? It may need to be checked to ensure the LCD cap is fit properly to make sure it is connected to the pump housing.
  13. Mine is that level of secure. I am pretty sure this issue is more to do with the code problem corsair hasn't fixed yet. The teaser of a fix for the last 3 months for me.
  14. What are your idle temps? When I game my CPU doesn't get over 60c, however it could be the game. 90c is when the CPU will thermal throttle, so 75c should be fine. My idles are mid to high 30's.
  15. Yeah, I just wish Corsair could be more transparent about the fixes. I have worked in this industry all my life and I know they could easily just say the fixes being put into each version and not commit to any one of them and the public wouldn't cancel them for missed/skipped ones. We aren't THAT pitchfork-y.
  16. It isn't there for me and I am on 4.26. The release notes for 4.25 doesn't identify the fix for people trying to get the lcd to show pictures, so it isn't there for everyone.
  17. Womp womp, no lcd screen fix. What is wrong with that particular fix? Like, is it introducing other regressions?
  18. Most likely mid-August, since they do the releases once a month.
  19. 4.25 did not fix my missing image issue. Guess another version wait.
  20. I installed 4.25 and no change for the image on the pump lcd. Will hopefully have a different experience in the am. after a reboot.
  21. For anyone else confused why 4.21/4 doesn't update, it is because 4.25 is a fresh install from CORSAIR Downloads | CORSAIR iCUE Software
  22. Should be, however it isn't. Thanks bugs! 😄 Just tried to do an update and none found.
  23. As much as I dislike the way things are, I never felt that it was this level of disdain. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined. 😄
  24. As a customer, the thought when a company says one deadline frame and misses it: they don't listen, they don't care, they lie... As a QA, it becomes, deadline missed, then guess there was something that failed to pass tests. We also know that if they REALLY wanted to hit a deadline, they would release it, regardless of some failing tests. Money talks, features and bugs walk. Hopefully some rep lets us know when the real release time will stand up. 🙂
  25. Looks like no go for june. I am a professional tester with over 25 years of experience if ya'll need some help. 😄
