st100 no lights showing period

I am using the B450M and latest iCUE but same, lights off if I quit iCUE. Funny thing is that the my Linux machine doesn't need that utility to turn on the light of ST100.

I also tried uninstalling Aura Sync but still have this issue. Anyone managed to resolve this issue here? I am seriously considering refund.

k63 K63 Wired intermittently breaking.

I guess you may try without iCUE. That USB disconnect/reconnect issue is one of the notorious issues of iCUE.
