Have you tried the keyboard reset as outlined in the help area?? Didn't work for me but perhaps you are lucky

My 95 was working fine until about a week ago when suddenly the 10 key pad stopped working when the num lock key is engaged. when the num lock is not engaged the keys function correctly. When the num lock is engaged the only key that functions is the 5 key which will cause the window that comes up to be that of the left click mouse key. This is the same on a different keyboard. And when I take the keyboards onto another computer they operate fine. So I think the problem is with my computer. Probably some switch in Win 10. Any one have an idea??

I have a Glaive mouse that has been functioning very well for several months. I also have a Logitech Performance MX that I was using but have not used since obtaining the Glaive. Last week I picked up and started using the Logitech. Now I am unable to get the Glaive to operate. The lights come on and rotate per normal and as usual but the pointer will simply not move as directed. It pauses and then leaps. I have had this occur in the past but not to this degree. The control key will still show where the mouse is. I have checked and am using the most current software. I have reset the mouse as per the instructions all to no avail. Please anyone with any ideas???? Thanks Dean
