  1. Anyone else having the issue where the iCue application just quits? I've been having this issue since the last 2 previous versions. Just wondering if anyone has a fix or work around for it?
  2. Although you shouldn't get that message, it does happen. I had that problem, had to got to System Preference, the General Tab and on the bottom, Allow apps downloaded from: anywhere
  3. Ok seems the new version still has the crash bug also. runs fine, but when the computer goes to sleep, when i go back in the app is off, not running, i have to re-open it manually. Any idea or suggestions what can be causing this? I'm on MacOS 10.14.6 on a MacPro 4,1 early 2009 with 40gigs of ram.
  4. FYI, a new update was released. New version is 3.24.52, which seems to be running stable on my end.
  5. To CorsairJames, are we getting new updates, i'm still having issue with this last version constantly quitting on me and i'm still having the issue with the keyboard, not sure what's going on in your end but i submitted the request 15 days ago and i haven't received a response on it. I'm just about to get rid of this whole setup, really getting tired of these issues.
  6. I'm having constant disconnection issues, keyboard acting all wonky, giving me error messages about the firmware being incompatible. I can't win, thought this would be fixed by now. Seems since version 3.15 was the only stable version for me, everything after that has given me issue after issues.
  7. Which keyboard are you using? I know that the k57 you get those extra setting with the lighting ONLY when wired, you wont get them when using it wireless. This is from there description: Choose from 18 different lighting effects wirelessly or plug in for total control of each individually lit key.
  8. Have you tried downgrading an older version, such as V/ 3.15.101 to see if the issue persist? i'm currently having issues with this latest version, so i might have to downgrade myself.
  9. Have you clicked on that link yet? There is two windows version listed, i had to do a manual search for it. And yes i do need the Icue to us the Dolby surround sound , which you don't get if running it from the mac without ICue. BTW do you have a link to the CKB version you speak of?
  10. Hope you have fixed all the bugs in your latest version, i'm getting constant disconnects and have to continuously plug and unplug my Void headset in order to have it work, This been happening since ver 3.21.72 BTW where the hell is the mac version on the icue site you only have 2 windows version?
  11. OK , updated to this latest version and i'm having issues with the iCue app quitting or disconnecting on me. I did a restart to make sure it wasn't something conflicting with it , but still having the same issue when i restart my computer. Once the app loads it works perfectly , detecting my keyboard and headset.
  12. I believe there was a conflict with CKB, did you remove it prior to running iCue?
  13. An update has been released, now running version 3.22.74, still recognizing my K55 RGB keyboard and Void Pro Wireless headset.
  14. If you removed the kext file does iCue still work for you?
  15. Try resetting the PRAM, something could be conflicting on start up
  16. i'm not having this issue with my Void Pro, is it possible something else is causing it? a conflict or something. If you currently have the last version of iCue , go to settings in the iCue app down at the bottom, it show your current version and next to it the box to check for update and check for update. It will download and install it for you.
  17. Seems an update was rolled out, version 3.21.88, seems to be working fine with my void pro headset and keyboard.
  18. Really, it's working fine with me, i had an issue with the previous versions not working with my void pro. I have a copy of 3.15, PM me , if you want me to send it to you.
  19. Try using an application called AppCleaner, it will delete it and the associated files. It will show you what it's going to remove/delete before you do it, allowing you to select what you want removed.
  20. Installed it yesterday and the Void Pro is quickly detected, keyboard detected, seems to be working fine on my end.* Thank You !
  21. That makes no sense. I would imagine that the software should run on any mac. Try DM Corsair James with that question, he would know if this is true or not.
  22. Try using an older version, to see if you get the same issue.
