Since the very begging of this Mac Version, i have been unable to update ANY firmware from the app, from the beta to the latest release, does some have a certain way to update the firmware on the corsair products without having to use a windows computer?

Having issue with my mac not detecting the devices after i updated to the newer version, in the software update it shows my keyboard and mouse and void headset, but the only thing showing in the main screen is the headset, not detecting the keyboard and mouse. I removed them and reinstalled it but still not working.

Actually i think i ended up doing something to the charging port when i installed the new update, i guess i damaged it somehow. plugging it in and out when it wouldn't work., with the new update. Anyway time for a new keyboard.

Issues with the latest version 4.23.137, i updated to this version and now nothing seems to work correctly, the update fails at the end of the installation, the keyboard no longer works unless i'm using the wireless dongle, i had everything working great with the lsat version, now it's all screwed up, i tried to downgrade but apparently, it's now doing the same thing with the last version? I have given it permission and still not working correctly. Running a M1 MacMini with MacOS Monterey 12.3.1 ? Anyone else?

Yeah it has full disk access, in both Full disk Access and Files and Folders. It seems not matter what i do it still giving the error. Now the my keyboard (k57 ) doesn't work correctly since attempting to update to this version with the previous version, in which i had no issues with?

I'm having this issue but only with this latest version 4.23.137? all previous versions i've had little to no issues? See attached screenshot.

Maybe i'm missing something here, but when i go to take a screenshot (command /shift/4) on my corsair k57 keyboard it does not work, do i need to do something on the keyboard itself? It works with any other keyboard?

Dang an update was just pushed out. Were at version 4.9.350

I installed this yesterday on my M1 Mac Mini, i have the k57 RGB Keyboard, Harpoon RGB mouse and the Void Pro Wireless, "KNOCK ON WOOD" All works great right from the start. So far everything seems to be working flawlessly.

Well i stand corrected. Install the version 4 and it worked great! the interface is so much more vibrant too. Thanks Great job guys!

update pushed out , new version is now 3.38.61, Audio on the M1 still not working.

YES, same here. it's the audio issue they are having with Big Sur.

i highly doubt it's an after though, they been working on this thing for a few years now, Everything seems to have been working great for me, until the MacOS got updated, that's where we are with the current audio issue and the M1 /Big Sur. Hopefully it will get resolved soon.

Is there a page showing the lastest firmware version of the each items? ex: headset, mouse, keyboard.

Wow, my void pro are working with iCue installed, just no features. I'm running Big Sur on a MacMini M1, no issues except for the audio. They show in the iCue software, i can set the lighting and all, but i don't get the surround sound.

Just an FYI for you guys with the new MacMini. I'm Running a MacMini M1 with Big Sur version 11.2, with iCue version 3.37.140everything is working for me except the Audio. My Void Pro headset work, but without the iCue features. :(

I know there is an audio issue with Big Sur.

i just damaged my keyboard because it kept disconnecting, ended up damaging the port to where the wire. goes in or something now it won't even see it... UHHHH so frustrating. However, as usual Corsair comes to the rescue! I'm running the latest version of iCue on my M1 Mac Mini everything is working except for the audio, i can however still use the Void Pro headset, just can't use the features.
