mrkennedyfreak Posted October 28, 2013 Share Posted October 28, 2013 Hello everyone! I am having a problem with my headset, all of a sudden it stopped outputting sound. I had come inside from doing work outside, and I went and sat down at my computer, I picked up my headset and felt a shock, just like static shock. I put my headset on and tried to play music, but nothing came out. I switched to my speakers just to test that it wasn't my computer and sure enough, the music played. The microphone works, and I've checked all the settings, I've uninstalled all the drivers and re-installed them again, I updated the Corsair software and everything. If anyone can give me some advice on what to do next I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance! Dustin P.S. would it be wise to intentionally shock the headset again to get it to work?
