Hi i I Phoned up last Tuesday (24th September) and set up an express RMA for my power supply. I haven't received the replacement PSU yet - can you confirm one has been sent?

And is there a tracking number?


I added this as a comment to my ticket but haven't received a reply yet :(

Thanks for the reply - I waited for another day but no reply :(


I have since phoned them up and it all seems to be sorted now.
