k70 extra usb port problem with corsair vengeance 1500v1 headset

I'm having a problem trying to get the corsair vengeance 1500 headset to work with my k70 usb port. everything else works when I plug it in except for the headset. When I plug the headset in, the lights on the control keys work but nothing else happens and windows says "hardware id missing" Then says that the driver was not successfully installed for USB audio device. Also the media keys back lighting isn't as bright as the rest of the keys, I don't know if that's normal or not. :laughing: What Should I do? Besides plugging it into another usb port on the computer.

The 1500 Headset should work fine in the pass through. Try plugging the keyboard into another computer and plug in the Headset as well to see if that works.
