So a couple weeks ago I called customer service and was told replacement I would get for my H100 is a H100i

Almost 2 hours ago I get a email with my tracking number and the replacement product number CWCH100, which from what I've found online is the H100

 

Now why was I told I would get a H100i and then get sent a H100 instead?
