kscott190 Posted February 15, 2013 Share Posted February 15, 2013 So a couple weeks ago I called customer service and was told replacement I would get for my H100 is a H100i Almost 2 hours ago I get a email with my tracking number and the replacement product number CWCH100, which from what I've found online is the H100 Now why was I told I would get a H100i and then get sent a H100 instead? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted February 15, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted February 15, 2013 The RMA will be for the original part you sent in, please call our customer service if you want to verify what you will get back but we do not have H100's that I am aware of so I am 90% sure that is a H100i.
