mteejay Posted January 26, 2013 Share Posted January 26, 2013 Hi RAMGUY, About 6 months ago I lodged a ticket to RMA my k60 due to the faded keyboard issue. Unfortunately I had to leave the country unexpectedly and have only just returned to Australia in the last couple of weeks. I am still interested in resolving the issue at hand. I have the UPS prepaid shipping slips etc as they were never used. It is RMA case number #4631987 for your reference. Am I still able to return the keyboard with the shipping slips I have on file?
