Xeeh Posted January 24, 2013 Share Posted January 24, 2013 I'm considering setting up an RMA but the product was purchased from Newegg under another family members account, so the invoice is obviously not under my name. I'm the original owner, so I could set it up right even tho the name on the invoice is obviously different and a female name and I'm a male so just curious or would I need them to call in and pretend they're setting up an RMA for themself? lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
