It seems that it is a fairly common problem, though i keep reading in the forums 'this is not a common issue.' I get crackles and pops consistently for a period of time when the mic is down, and it cuts off immediately when it is up. Doesn't have to have any programs open for it to do so either. Doesn't matter which usb port i put it in, etc. After dealing with a faulty Logitech headset that cost me 200 bucks I was hoping Corsair would have a solid piece of equipment.
