H100i RMA #5539507

RAM GUY suggested me to open separate thread regarding my Corsair H100i cooler, I have filled RMA form today, and got my RMA number 5539507.

H100i Cooler was purchased 2003 January 16, I have heard that it is possible to get some kind of advanced RMA when 30days has not passed since purchase, but I'm not sure what it is? Maybe I can get already prepaid shipping label or something?


I had problems with the cooler since day one:

High pitch noise (1.0.4 firmware already was installed)

LED's not working

Your RMA was issued and if you want an advanced RMA please call our customer service by phone they will help you with this and mention to them you have had it less that thirty days and ask for pre-paid shipping.
