peteed1985 Posted January 19, 2013 Share Posted January 19, 2013 Hi I won a Corsair HX1050 from an Atomic Magazine competition in Australia. Lately the PSU when I shut down my PC windows shuts down correctly and my monitor loses signal but my motherboard lights and PSU are all still on and will stay on forever after shut down until the wall socket is flipped off. Added to that while playing high end graphics games my video card stopped sending signals to the monitor and I think that all comes down to the PSU not having enough juice to power the system. Question is since I got the PSU as a prize and therefore have no proof of purchase what happens with warranty? I mean given that the HX1050 hasn't been on the market for 7 years its impossible that its outside warranty period. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
