eveleenbr
Hi, I wanted to use 3x 140mm Corsair fans due to its static pressure to push air into a triple radiator. However, there is no SP140! Only SP120! why why why! ;):
babdi
'cause Corsair believes that SP120 will do what normal 140mm can do ;)::biggrin::laughing:
Toasted
The Hydro Series only support 120mm fans, So it might be a reason why they didn't add it to the list. But it may appear in the future.

iamairdeano
there are better spec fans in the 140 variety unless it is just the color ring insert you are looking at.. the BGears B-Blaster @ 12v has 104cfm -3.5mm/h20 - 1800rpm - 36dBa the rest fall into the 1.5-2.3mm/h2o catagory. airdeano
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted June 13, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted June 13, 2012 I don't really know what the reason is but I am suspecting that it is possible that there are more variety of radiator that are based on 120mm spec compared to a 140mm. That is just my guess, I could be wrong.
rcbyrne
An SP140 would also make a good intake fan for keeping your HDD's cool
