Tech Support Express Case [4643396] - Stopped resonding

Lucky you have received your controler, I am still waiting since 2 months for it, first they have advised that they are going to send me a replacement without me returning the faulty one and now after 10 emails and 2 months waiting they want the faulty one returned, that doesn't sound a good service.
