HappyMAN
Hello! My flash drive get the XXXX U168 Controller Error and became unusable. I used URescue_v1.3.0.71 to recover it. Now my flash drive device name is iT1168 USB Flash Disk USB Device. It works good, but i'm afraid of that error may return. And I want to write the latest firmware from this page http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=91444 As i understand, this firmware is stable and will prevent from this error in future. But it says to me "URescue Doesnt support this device". I think, it's bacause of unexpectable device name. So tell me please, how can i force to write this firmware? Please, help me. I want to recover my flash drive completely.
dencorso
No, it's not the case. In fact, the Firmware update is not for your pendrive, but for the older generation of it (read this thread). AFAIK, you've already recovered as completely as possible.
