ratzeputz
Hi there. I bought the K90 together with the M90 and both of them are very cool...love them :) I am using Mediamonkey for playing music on my computer. The implementation of the mediabuttons on the K90 works basically good, but i have a weird problem with them. The buttons for backward and play are inverted. Means if i press the play button, the player switching back to the last track and if i press the backward button the music playing is pausing/resuming. First i thought, that this is a problem with mediamonkey, so i tested Winamp and Windows Media Player too. Both with the same weird function of the mediabuttons. Is the K90 broken or is it a driver problem? I used the G15 before and never had this problem. Regards
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 7, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 7, 2012 Sounds like it may be a keyboard issue. I would suggest trying to re flash the firmware on the device. If the issue still remains we will have to do an RMA for the keyboard.
ratzeputz
Flashing the firmware again, does not fix the problem :( Guess its broken...will send it back to amazon :(
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted March 8, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 8, 2012 Sounds like for some odd reason it was mapped backwards. I would suggest going ahead with a replacement.
ratzeputz
Yep. Cause i ordered it at amazon, a replacement is not a problem. A new one is on its way to me :) Now, the Y key is also not lighted...the keyboard seems definitely broken.
