CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9 RMA question

How am I supposed to submit for an RMA when I purchased a tri-channel kit and tech support express only allows me to select "purchased as a single module"?

 

I currently have 2 sticks that are testing bad (memtest86 threw errors, tested each stick individually) and I need to RMA the set since that's how I purchased it.

 

The memory was purchased from newegg on Oct 12, 2011 (copied and pasted the model number directly from my invoice).

Ok, thanks! Submitted a request for RMA as soon as I saw your post (sorry, I was confused when I saw the option for one module). It came up as 3 modules after I went through all the steps. Case number is #2720323. I appreciate the quick response. Thank you.
