andyvee Posted December 20, 2011 Author Share Posted December 20, 2011 Hi Ramguy , Sorry i linked the wrong post :sigh!: , this is the correct one :- http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=102078 In a nutshell the GTX590 currently has 1 8 pin from 12V1 and 1 from 12V2 , this is the only way that it will work without issues , putting the card on either rail seems to be too much for this PSU leading to black screens , fans 100& , only way out is power-cycle etc . My main concern is to check with you if running the way i am is safe for the card and psu , i have had no issues since doing this Saturday but wanted to check with you guys .
