delta789
My computer constantly gives a "display driver has stopped and recovered error" so i tested every component and tested successfully, i finally tested the 2 sticks of ram together with memtest and got over 100errors, so i tested both sticks indiviudually and it passed the test and the other which completed with numerous errors, the error usual stated "Error Bits 000080" so i was wondering if this was the cause of the error and can i fix the ram or do i have to RMA

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 13, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 13, 2011 The MB and CPU you have listed will only support DDR1333 and that would be what I would test them at. In addition the memory you have was made for and tested on and Intel Platform, you may need to set the memory Voltage to 1.65 Volts on this MB and CPU. delta789
I did test them at 1333 those were the default values, i test one stick and they passed all test but another gave only error, tested them in the same slot with the same settings, i also raised the volts to 1.65 but no change
