Gainja Posted December 2, 2011 Share Posted December 2, 2011 On nov. 25th I received an e-mail saying that my RMA was approved, and that I would receive another e-mail with confirmation RMA number and return instructions. I still haven't received this e-mail. I have sent an e-mail to rma@corsair.com as described in the first e-mail, but haven't heard from this either. On the Tech Support page it says that "Your RMA has already been processed and/or shipped." What do I do from here? Thanks :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
