According to the track & trace system, the parcel has been delivered a week ago but my RMA status has not been updated yet :

I am sorry but you will need to contact our customer service with your tracking information and they will be able to take care of you right away

The number is listed under contact on the main web site. I can send them a message but that will not help as they will need the tracking conformation to process the RMA!
