musicequips
With Autumn here and lower ambient temps by about 15-18F degrees, have noticed a drop in my cpu temps of 5-7C or so with the H100 even with a higher OC. You guys noticing the same results? Am wondering if the H-coolers become a little more efficient with time as compared to right out-of-the-box? Matts28
I would hope your temps would drop! If you push cooler air over the radiator, it will drop your temps. Obviously, if it is hot in your room that would effect them as well... in a negative way.
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted October 6, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted October 6, 2011 In general, ambient temp does affect your CPU temp. I don't think that it is more efficient overtime (except cure time), it's just these coolers are very dependent on ambient temp. thus, the drop of your CPU temp.
