Crisao23 Posted July 1, 2004 Share Posted July 1, 2004 Friends, I want to build here a system with 2GB of DDR 400 on dual channel using an Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe motherboard. Which 1GB memory modules are fully compatible with this motherboard and dual channel setup ? Or... which corsair memory modules I should mix in order to reach 2GB of RAM on this system ? (like 2x512MB + 1x1GB module) The memory chart found at Asus global site doesn't show me 1GB memory modules. System basic config will be: Athlon XP 3200+ Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe (I want to use 2GB of Corsair RAM) Radeon 9800XT BBA 2 x 74GB WD Raptors Raid 0 1 x Maxtor Diamond Max Plus 9 200GB Thanks in advance, Chris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Yellowbeard Posted July 1, 2004 Share Posted July 1, 2004 Look for the TwinX 2048-3200 or 3200PT kits. That is 2 X 1024mb memory modules. That's the only way I know of to get 2gb of RAM into your MOBO since you have 3 DIMM slots. Mike.
