spiney
Hello, Regarding bad ram sticks. I have two sets of DDR2 cm2x1024-6400c3d. 1 set is an RMA, from a couple years ago. I had them installed at there specs, and they were purchased by me over 3 years ago ????? I will have to dig to find original receipt. Anyways, 3 out of the 4 sticks has failed. I got my XP puter with just 1 GB of ram. These were high end ram sticks in there day and quite expensive. What are my options here? I read stuff that says limited, lifetime warranty.??????? Can I RMA? ty
Yellowbeard
File your RMA using the link on the left side of this page. After you complete your RMA, customer service will take over your case and advise you of what your options are via email.
