CMP4GX3M2C1600C7 cold boot problem!!

first sorry by poor english, i am brasilian!

 

I have problems in cold boot ( turn on computer after 5 our more hours when its is turn off)

The windows(Win 7 64bits) show BSOD our other issues when loading the welcome screen. after 3 our more restarts the system its fine, fast and stable. reset bios works too, but is a suck reset BIOS throughout cold boot.

when "heats" the system is stable and fast.

 

I try sets different DRAM settings manually in bios including the timming 7-8-7-20 2T and speed 1600

the strange is that SPD settings in bios show low speed 1333 instead 1600 and lowers settings the timming.

 

i using CMP4GX3M2C1600C7 (2 X 2 GB in dual channel)
