DudleyS Posted November 4, 2010 Share Posted November 4, 2010 Usually when I post on a company's forum it's to complain, to try to light a fire under someone's rear, but this time I felt obliged to do quite the opposite! I'm here to say how pleased I am with Corsair's customer service, not to mention Corsair's products. I've had nothing but good experiences with a recent issue I had and that's why I'm posting this - please pass it along to management or whoever oversees these things. Basically, I was treated very well, with promptness, respect and fairness and this is exactly the sort of thing which will make me choose Corsair over other companies when I'm buying new products in the future.
