mshack102 Posted October 28, 2010 Share Posted October 28, 2010 I sent in my SSD for RMA , my delivery receipt showed it arrived USPS Label/Receipt Number: 0310 0480 0001 4101 0513 I checked the Corsair site for the status of the RMA and it shows the drive has not been received. RMA Number 1190215 Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received * NOTE: it may take up to 24 hours for this date to be updated after arrival at Corsair Should i contact Corsair support ?
