Nganasan
Just replaced my old 3x1GB with TR3X6G1600C9 and choosed profile 1: XMP-1600, everything is working fine. What will happen with memory frequency if I'm overclocking CPU with that XMP profile enabled? Will it stay 1600 or shall I choose automatic or manual settings when rising host clock frequency? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted September 28, 2010 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 28, 2010 It will raise with the base clock being raised. You would need to lower the memory multiplier to keep it at or below 1600MHz.
