Second failed TX650W

Recommended Posts

I had a TX650W fail back in January, which was replaced on RMA, but my replacement has now failed. The original was bought in August 2008, so Ebuyer (The retailer) previously claimed that I had to deal direct with Corsair as they no longer had any obligations under the Sale of Goods Act.

My problem with this is that I have to post the part to the Netherlands for replacement (from the UK), costing over £30. Given that I originally paid £65, my RMA costs will now outstrip the costs of simply buying a replacement if I decide to RMA again. I know you'll claim that I should be grateful that you don't charge for return postage, but this simply isn't good enough; the simple fact of the matter is that I have now had no financial benefit from your warranty. Is there any means by which my RMA costs can be reimbursed?

I am sorry about that but you would need to take that up with our customer service, you can contact them from the contact links on our main web site.

And for second RMA's we will pay the shipping both ways if its with in 90 days.
